Location was acceptable. It sat near many things, I suppose.

The air conditioner wasn't putting out cold air. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they shrugged at me. I got the distinct impression nothing would be done. And they were right, weren't they?

some issues

hot central heatingconstant street noise

i found some issues . the central heating was too hot. i turned it off, but the room lacked ventilation. consequently, i had to open the window. our room faced a street with three garbage bins, causing noise from trucks and bottle disposal throughout the night. the receptionist said it was due to being in the center, instead of adjusting the heating to prevent guests from needing to open windows.

The breakfast was really disappointing. The selection felt limited. the coffee tasted strange. i think the machine might have needed a cleaning. the staff at reception didn't seem very attentive, made things more difficult when i had questions.

The hotel is located near many restaurants. Shopping options are nearby and within a short walk. I also found the metro access convenient for reaching places further away. I could leave my bag after check-out, which I needed.

The pillows provided little support. There was only three pillow in the room. I missed coffee and tea facilities.

Staff at check-in was friendly. The hotel offered a bag storage service after check-out. This helped me a lot because I had a late train and I did not have to carry around my luggage.
